I work with adults and couples who are navigating the ongoing impact of developmental trauma (CPTSD), acute trauma (PTSD), attachment challenges, and mood-related issues like depression and anxiety. I am also trained in end-of-life, grief, and loss. Many of the people I work with are dealing with the weight of a difficult past, relationship strain, and the challenge of learning to trust themselves and others. Some are dealing with a loss or seeking support in making meaningful change in their personal or creative lives.

My approach is grounded, relational, and trauma-informed. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Existential, Cognitive Behavioral, and somatic therapy frameworks, tailoring the process to your specific needs. I focus on helping you clarify what matters most, identify and shift stuck patterns, and reconnect with your sense of agency and self-trust.
My background in storytelling, mentorship, and the creative arts also informs how I support clients in meaning-making and emotional integration. I work collaboratively, with respect for your pace, autonomy, and lived experience.

Initial Consultation:
We begin with a 20-minute consultation to explore what you're looking for, answer questions, and assess whether my services are a good fit for your needs (no charge).Intake Session:
If we decide to move forward, you’ll complete intake paperwork and schedule your first full session. Our first few sessions will include a deeper dive into your history, goals, and current challenges.Treatment plan and Good Faith Estimate
We will then collaboratively create a treatment plan that outlines your goals, potential focus areas, and how we’ll approach them. You’ll also receive a Good Faith Estimate, which provides a transparent outline of anticipated costs for services in compliance with federal guidelines.Ongoing Work:
We’ll meet regularly (typically weekly or biweekly), working collaboratively toward your goals and updating these as needed. Therapy and coaching both evolve over time, guided by your needs, insights, and readiness for change.Review and Transition:
As your goals shift or are met, we’ll revisit what’s working, what’s next, and whether it’s time to reduce frequency, pause, or close the work together.

Therapy is a clinical service focused on healing mental health conditions, emotional distress, and the effects of trauma. It often includes deeper exploration of past experiences, patterns, and internal systems. I offer therapy to adult individuals and couples residing in Vermont via telehealth, under supervision as I complete licensure.
Coaching is a non-clinical, forward-focused process available across state lines. Coaching may be a fit for you if you’re looking for support around personal development, relational patterns, creativity, or life transitions without the need for a mental health diagnosis. While therapy and coaching may share tools and approaches, coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy and does not include mental health treatment.
