Are there aspects of your life
that feel tangled, painful,
or stuck?
I offer mental health counseling and therapeutic coaching that meets you where you are. With a focus on grounded, humanistic support for people dealing with real-life complexity, I work collaboratively with adults and couples navigating the impact of trauma—whether developmental (CPTSD), acute (PTSD), or relational.
My clients are adults and couples navigating attachment challenges, mood disorders like anxiety and depression, and the lingering effects of a difficult or traumatic past.
Together, we cultivate practical tools, honest reflection, and the space to do meaningful work.
Services
Individual Therapy
Research shows that the most important factor in effective therapy is a trusting relationship between client and therapist. I offer an open, nonjudgmental space where you set the pace, and together we determine the course of our work together.
Available for Vermont Residents only. I accept Green Mountain (medicaid), MVP, and Cigna. My private pay rate is $150. Sessions are 55 minutes.
Couples Therapy
My work with couples is guided by your shared goals while making sure each person feels heard. My aim is to help you build awareness around patterns, foster effective communication, and strengthen concrete skills that will serve both the relationship and each of you as individuals.
Available for Vermont Residents only. I accept Green Mountain (medicaid), MVP, and Cigna. My private pay rate is $150. Sessions are 55 minutes.
Therapeutic Coaching
I offer coaching to those focused on personal, professional, or creative growth. Whether you’re navigating a transition, building new habits, or seeking direction, we can focus on practical steps to help you move forward.
Available to all. Sessions are either 60 or 90 minutes depending on your goals and preferences, private pay only at $150 or $200 per session, respectively.
Getting Started
Before taking on a new client, I schedule an initial 30 minute consultation at no charge. This is a chance for us to talk about what you’re looking for, and see if my approach feels like a good fit for you. It’s also an opportunity for me to assess whether I can provide the level of care you need. There’s no obligation — just a conversation to help us decide if working together makes sense.

I work with adults and couples who are navigating the ongoing impact of developmental trauma (CPTSD), acute trauma (PTSD), attachment challenges, and mood-related issues like depression and anxiety. I am also trained in end-of-life, grief, and loss. Many of the people I work with are dealing with the weight of a difficult past, relationship strain, and the challenge of learning to trust themselves and others. Some are dealing with a loss or seeking support in making meaningful change in their personal or creative lives.

My approach is grounded, relational, and trauma-informed. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Existential, Cognitive Behavioral, and somatic therapy frameworks, tailoring the process to your specific needs. I focus on helping you clarify what matters most, identify and shift stuck patterns, and reconnect with your sense of agency and self-trust.
My background in storytelling, mentorship, and the creative arts also informs how I support clients in meaning-making and emotional integration. I work collaboratively, with respect for your pace, autonomy, and lived experience.

Therapy is a clinical service focused on healing mental health conditions, emotional distress, and the effects of trauma. It often includes deeper exploration of past experiences, patterns, and internal systems. I offer therapy to adult individuals and couples residing in Vermont via telehealth, under supervision as I complete licensure.
Coaching is a non-clinical, forward-focused process available across state lines. Coaching may be a fit for you if you’re looking for support around personal development, relational patterns, creativity, or life transitions without the need for a mental health diagnosis. While therapy and coaching may share tools and approaches, coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy and does not include mental health treatment.
